Pond1

1 3/4 acre

forest

Looks like Central Market's pond. Year round full of water, lots of plants.

Will be full of water all year round., Capturing only untreated off-site runoff, none from KV site, We will need to budget for maintenance, KV will continue to have overland sheet flow, If there is a drought, it will have to be filled from the hose.No fence needed - instead special features added to manage those.Safety ledge - 10 feet wide, 1 foot deep, 1 in 10 slope to main pond. Total pond depth 5 feet. cattails, water lillies etc to clean water.Pond will be filled by a small amount of the 136 acres from the inlet. Most of the water will flow past the pond. KH will probably have to maintain the pond (not the city). Stream will be bolstered with Rock armor to prevent erosion . Natural swimming pool
