                        Catering at White Gallery London 2012

Smart Event Catering is an experienced event caterer, comprising a team of first-class, passionate and
highly skilled chefs and managers. In recent years many clients have put their trust in us to deliver
outstanding and high profile events, many of which have been in the outdoor musical world.

Many charities and corporate companies have relied on our skill and excellent catering for their key
annual events at Battersea Evolution, our large scale venue in central London. Over the last few years,
we have hosted the spectacular Caudwell Charity Butterfly Ball, with performances from Whitney
Houston, Rod Stewart and Sir Elton John. We have also worked with many of the country’s leading lights
in the catering world and are pleased that Michelin-starred chef Angela Hartnett is now a Director of our
company. As a much respected and loved chef, we are very excited to be collaborating with her.

Smart are delighted to be providing the catering at White Gallery London 2012. We recognise the
importance of not only ensuring your stand is well decorated and your products well presented, but also
wooing your stand visitors with tasty treats and a glass of something special.

We have put together this catering pack to give you an insight into the range of different catering
options we can offer to you and your guests. You will find a range of options including stand hospitality
catering, fashion show parties and exhibitor lunches. Smart also offer a bespoke catering service, should
you wish to offer something more tailored for your visitors and clients.

Throughout the event, Smart will be operating a stylish Champagne café and bar, serving a range of light
bites and snacks and a full selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. New for 2012, we will also
be offering an al-fresco café on the terrace, and can only hope for good weather! Cash and card
payments will both be accepted at the cafe.

We recognise that sometimes it is not possible to place orders in advance and that there is not
necessarily time to visit our café. We will therefore be offering a service for you to order beverages and
lunches for your stand for the following day’s event. Please see the enclosed ‘Stand Order Form’ for
more information.

We all know the way to a man’s heart – but many believe this is true for your clients too. Having
attracted clients to your stand or fashion show, it is only right that you might wish to treat them to
something a little tasting. We have prepared a number of different options to tempt and tantalise…

Canapé and sparkling wine reception
A selection of hot and cold canapé served either on your stand or in the kissing room and based on no
longer than 30 minutes (please select 4 options from the following menu).
All beverages will be charged on a consumption basis. A full list of all alcoholic and non –alcoholic
beverages is available on pages 6-9.

Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We regret once placed, orders cannot be cancelled. All items will be delivered to your
stand prior to the event opening. All per bottle pri ces include an ice bucket and 5 suitable glasses per bottle ordered, whi ch are to be returned

                    Terms & Conditions
   It is a contractual obligation that clients do not provide their own food and beverage.
   Payment must be made prior to the scow opening – payments will be accepted by cheque (made
    payable to Smart Event Catering) or credit/debit card. Smart reserves the right to cancel all pre-
    booked catering if payments have not been received.
   We regret tact amendments and cancellations to orders cannot be made after 13tc May 2011.
   Should you wish to add to you order after 13tc May 2011, or during the event, we will do our best to
    accommodate your additions but we cannot guarantee your preferred brief will be feasible, however
    we will attempt to provide a suitable alternative if required.
   All food and beverage items ordered will be delivered to your stand each morning prior to the
    exhibition opening. Should you wish to have items delivered later than this, please advise at the time
    of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
   Unless otherwise stated, we do not provide refrigeration for cold items. Should you wish to have
    refrigeration on your stand please contact Elaine Sawford on 0207 836 1033 to discuss refrigeration
    options and costs.
   All used catering equipment (crockery, glassware, ice buckets etc.) will be collected at the end of
    each day by Smart.
   You are responsible for all equipment delivered to the stand and ensuring its safe return. Smart
    reserve the right to enforce the following charges for items not returned:
