How do I sign up for the on-demand webcast?

What is the cost of the webcast?
$785 per person.
Is there a discount for multiple registrations from the same office?

What does the webcast include?
You will see 11 hours of unedited presentations and the speakers’ PowerPoint slides from the conference, and you will
have access to all course materials in PDF format online. In addition, upon request, we will send you a complete manual
with more than 850 pages of materials containing substantive papers and PowerPoints from the conference.
When will the webcast be available for viewing?
The webcast will be available 24/7 beginning on December 3, 2012.
How long will I have to watch the webcast?
If you sign up on or before December 3, you will have 60 days from December 3 to watch the webcast. If you sign up
after December 3, you will have 60 days from your date of sign-up to watch the program.
Can I sign up and pay for one registration, but allow several people in my office to watch the on-demand webcast,
either together or separately over the course of 60 days?
Each person watching the webcast should sign up and pay for it. A certificate of attendance can only be issued to the
person who has registered. Similarly, we cannot offer CLE or other continuing education credit to anyone who has not
signed up and paid for this program, since we are not able to verify their participation.
I am a student or faculty member at a law school. Is there any special pricing?

Can I sign up my boss for the webcast?
Yes, but make sure you sign up using your boss’s name and email address so we can track the registration and make sure
that your boss has access to the program.
Can I receive CLE, AAPL or other continuing education credit for this webcast?
Please contact your state bar or other accrediting organization for requirements and methods of seminar delivery that
qualify for credit. CLE rules for distance learning credit vary dramatically from state to state. We are happy to work with
you to obtain credit for this on-demand webcast in any jurisdictions which allow such credit. Contact Jennifer Roulette

Currently, this webcast is accredited by AAPL, NALTA, and New York. Applications are pending in Colorado, Oklahoma,
Texas, and Utah.
How do you verify my “attendance” at the on-demand program for credit purposes?
While watching the program, you will have to “click” at random intervals to verify your participation. These clicks are
available in report format to state CLE organizations upon their request.
Is it possible to send questions to speakers?
You can email any questions to firstname.lastname@example.org or click on the Questions tab while watching the program, and your
questions will be forwarded to the speaker you identify. We cannot guarantee that your questions will be answered, but
we will do our best.
