property claims in marital dissolutions, forensic tracings and complex special accountings, determination of marital

EXPERIENCE

Business Valuations
Perform business valuations for various industries including construction, distributors, food service, manufacturing,
retail, medical providers, financial services, and professional service enterprises.

Apportionment
Perform apportionment calculations including Pereira and Van Camp apportionment cases. Perform real property
apportionments involving issues related to Moore/Marsden, Walrath, Branco, Bono, and variations of these
apportionment methods.

Tracings and Special Accountings
Perform special accountings related to tracing separate versus community property, interpreting financial terms of
pre-nuptial agreements, and determining income available for support including discovery of unreported income.

Support
Calculate guideline child and spousal support, as well as, consult on permanent support calculations and lump-sum
support buyouts.

Marital Standard of Living
Perform analysis of income, spending, and lifestyle during marriage to determine the marital standard of living to be
used as a basis for determining need and support.

Economic Damages
Calculate economic damages for cases related to suitability of investments, lost profits, personal injury, wrongful
foreclosure, and wrongful termination.
