39.   County of Cumberland, Board of Chosen Freeholders, Resolution 2006-100 supporting
      passage of Senate Bill S-2333 Foreign Investment Security Improvement Act of 2006.

40.   County of Hunterdon, Board of Chosen Freeholders, Resolutions:
      a.    Recommending an Amendment to ACR182 directing that 100% of the funds
            collected be dedicated toward transportation projects.

      b.    Recommending a Clarifying Amendment to A2813 that the county share of
            Local Aid shall be no less than the municipal share and to keep the funding
            equal between the counties and municipalities.

41.   County of Mercer, Board of Chosen Freeholders, Resolution 2006-122 requesting new
      state regulations pertaining to truck travel on Local, County and State Roadways.
