Stupak Amendment to HR 3962 Rev 108

Full text of the Stubak amendment to HR 3692, as proposed and approved in the House of Representatives on November 7, 2009. The amendment prevents the use of any federal funds to provide for abortion services under any option of the Health Reform Bill, HR 3692, also approved by the House.
