W4 REGENT STREET NEWSLETTER: April 2013

Dear neighbour,

W4 Regent Street – a development by The Crown Estate, managed by Exemplar

The W4 development has continued to fly up throughout spring, with steelwork up to the sixth floor and
roof levels and metal decking completed to the fifth floor. This has allowed the floor slabs to be concreted,
and the ground to fourth floor slabs are substantially complete, allowing for the next stage of works to
commence on the lower floors.

Mechanical and Electrical installations in the sub-basement and basement areas have now progressed to
the floor plates with the first fixings now installed on the first floor office areas. Cleaning of the retained
facades commenced this month to clean the existing stone.

Blockwork has also now commenced on the ground floor to create the division between the retail units
along Regent Street, and to divide the boundary between these units and the reception area for the offices.
