This product is not the export restriction control product. The exporter may request for licence in case of importer require only. (Except artificial flower made from textile which will export to European community. The exporter must request for permission from the foreign trade Department.)

Price list in the same amounts as all of the submitted delivery orders for the exports. 5.The export entry (KSK.101) 6. Packing List 7. The export licenses, certificates and laissez-passers of the relevant government agencies. 8. A form of international business for the exports at the valued amount of more than 500,000 baht. 9. The request for goods inspection and loading goods in containers 10. The attachments of delivery orders for the exports which are in accordance with Section 19 bi (Form KSK.113) 11. The requests for tax refunds or guarantee statements of banks with lists of details

Export Procedure
1) The inspection of customs privileges and the request of the certificates of origin 1.1) The request for Form A of a certificate must be proceeded by registration ( yearly extension of Form A).

1. A copy of the registration certificate of corporation is expired within 6 months. 2. A copy of value added tax registration (PP.20) 3. A copy of factory enterprising license (Type R.Ng.4) is based on the case of being factory of pro-duction.

1. The export entry (KSK.101) 2. Price list in the same amounts as all of the submitted delivery orders for the exports. 3. Packing List 4. The export licenses, certificates and laissez-passers of the relevant government agencies. 5. A form of foreign business (Form T.TH.1) for the exports at the valued amount of more than 500,000 baht. 6. The request for goods inspection and loading goods in containers 7. The attachments of delivery orders for the exports which are in accordance with Section 19 bi (Form KSK.113) 1. The attachments of delivery orders for the import of raw materials. 2. The attachments of delivery orders for the exported products 3. The requests for tax refunds or guarantee statements of banks with lists of details in the form KSK.111. 4. A computer report shows the total amount of taxes or diskette which are requested for refunds in ac-cordance with the stipulations of the Customs Department (If the persons want to request for tax refunds, they will do computer reports by themselves.)

1. Fee for a certificate of plant pest elimination is paid for 50 baht each. 2. Service charges which are in compliance with government’s rules on working implementation on weekends or outside working hours or outside government offices in according to schedules. 3. Actual expenses of vehicles which are paid for officers’ traveling to inspect goods outside government offices.
