Although we do not offer a taxi or shuttle system, we think you would prefer to arrange your own car service or transportation directly from your house to our BAYSIDE pick up point. So CROSBY TOURS is pleased to offer you a $40 per person travel credit on any tour that is 4 days or longer. Please inform your travel reservationist when booking. South and Westbound tours include: Virginia, Washington DC, Florida, Niagara Falls, Montreal and Wisconsin Dells. To protect yourself against cancellation charges, Crosby Tours offers a Travel Insurance, which is fully explained on the last calendar page in the front of this brochure . Refunds will be processed within 21 days of cancellation. In the event of a cancellation by or no show of your roommate, you must pay the additional single supplement resulting from such cancellation. There is no refund for inability to complete a tour. If you fail to attend the tour, Crosby Tours reserves the right to reassign your designated seat without affecting our cancellation policy. There is no refund if you fail to attend the tour. Nor will a tour credit be issued. All cancellation fees listed are per person. It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to acquire the correct documentation for travel outside the US. Foreign citizens must consult their respective governments concerning the documents required to enter a foreign country and then to reenter the United States. RESPONSIBILITY: Crosby Tours acts only as agent for the traveler and as such cannot be held liable for delays, injuries, accidents, loss of personal property or nonperformance on the part of bus operators, hotels or attractions. Crosby Tours reserves the right to decline or retain any person as a member of its tours. Though we at all times endeavor to provide the hotels, restaurants and other tour features as mentioned in our brochure we reserve the right to substitute without notice any comparable tour features without change in price or cancel any tour, provided refund is made. In the event of an act of God, war (declared or undeclared), terrorism or other event beyond our control that results in the cancellation of a tour, Crosby Tours reserves the right to issue a credit in lieu of money-back refund. TRAVELERS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE: Crosby Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of travelers. We regret tour directors are not equipped to individually assist passengers with walking, dining or other routine activities. Passengers traveling with a wheelchair must have with them a person able to assist them in storage and set up of the wheelchair.
