Silent Auction Auction Rules: By bidding in the silent auction you agree to these rules. All items in the auction have bid sheets. If you want to bid on an item, enter your name, phone number and bid amount on the bid sheet. Each item will have a minimum starting bid amount which is stated on the bid sheet. Each item will also have a minimum increment for bid raises. You do not have to take the next available bid, but can skip ahead to the bid of your choosing. The last bid on the bid sheet at the closing of the silent auction will be the successful bidder. Silent auction items will be awarded to one purchaser only. Bidding for the Silent Auction will close at 5pm at the event on Saturday, September 27th, 2008. You do not have to be present to be the successful bidder. If you are the successful bidder, you may pay for your item by cash, check, or credit card. You will be provided with a receipt of your payment.
