EcoQuest International Purchases RGF Environmental’s Residential and Light Commercial Division Dallas, Texas – August 19, 2004 –Michael Jackson, President/CEO of EcoQuest International, Inc. announced at the opening of their National Sales Meeting in Dallas Texas, that Eco Quest has purchased the Residential and Light Commercial Divisions of RGF Environmental Group. The purchase included 14 residential and light commercial products and intellectual property. In addition, EcoQuest purchased RGF’s intellectual property relating to Radiant Catalytic Ionization or RCI (see attachments 1,2,3,4,5), which is RGF’s latest advanced oxidation technology designed specifically for customer applications. The companies also signed a long term Strategic Alliance Agreement, wherein RGF Environmental Group will provide EcoQuest with ongoing Research & Development as well as technical support and training in addition to the development of three (3) new products/intellectual property per year going forward. Ron Fink, President/CEO of RGF Environmental Group, who has also been appointed to EcoQuest’s Scientific Advisory Board, spoke at the convention giving an overview of RGF and the new products and technologies. Mr. Fink also praised the alliance of these two companies, and stated “This alliance brings together two world class leading edge companies”, RGF, which has long been recognized as a leader in innovative technology”, and EcoQuest, which has proven itself to be the undisputed world’s leader in bringing new and high technology products to the consumer.
