We have a fund set up to collect money for the families in order to help cover the cost of the funerals. They need to send a check to Snowbird. Memorial Fund Information: Make check out to Snowbird In the memo, put the name of the person or just “memorial fund”.
Other Info to people attending funerals: Please make sure to tell everyone you call, THANK YOU for going to these funerals on our behalf. WE only ask a few things: 1. They wear a SWO T-shirt to show the family how many SWO supporters will come to the funerals 2. If it is possible for everyone who is going on SWO’s behalf to meet and go through the line together or sit together that would be ideal. So feel free to give the phone numbers to everyone and allow them to coordinate the meeting time and such.
Info about Cara and “Stu” (Dawson Padgett) as of Monday Night: Cara has been moved from Critical to Serious (which is really good). She has an awesome attitude and is talking about getting better so she can get back to SWO as soon as possible. Cara is at North Fulton Regional Hospital. She is currently in Room 192 and is only allowed cards at this time.

“Stu” has been moved to “Fair” which is great. He has broken bones and is in pain. The family has still not told “Stu” about the others. Stu was not on staff this summer, but has served the past few summers. Stu is in Atlanta Medical Center. Stu is currently in Room 254 of the SIUC and is only allowed cards at this time.
