Springtime at Callaway Gardens March 20-22, 2009 3 Days
Spring is the most glorious time of the year at Callaway Gardens, when the landscape transforms into an explosion of vibrant color. The entire season is filled with natural beauty everywhere you look! Callaway Gardens® is a stunning Pine Mountain, Georgia, resort that blends the tradition of nature-inspired luxury and superior service with a new era of indulgence and dramatic rejuvenation. The comfort and elegance of this magical Georgia retreat is surpassed only by the mesmerizing beauty of its expansive natural surroundings. You can wander through four distinctive gardens, each showcasing the wonders of Mother Nature in its own special style. Franklin Delano Roosevelt built the Little White House in 1932 while governor of New York, prior to being inaugurated as president in 1933. The Maritime Provinces of Canada
Nova Scotia * Prince Edward Island * New Brunswick September 26 – October 11 16 Days
New Brunswick is one of the three Maritime provinces, and included as one of the four Atlantic provinces, of Canada, bounded on the north by the Province Quebec and Chaleur Bay, on the east by the Gulf of Saint Lawrence and Northumberland Strait, on the southeast by Nova Scotia, on the south by the Bay of Fundy, and on the west by the state of Maine. The province is joined to Nova Scotia by the narrow Isthmus of Chignecto. New Brunswick entered the Canadian Confederation on July 1, 1867, as one of the four original provinces.
