CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entries received at Show ground on 14th May {3.30pm to 6pm} or Friday 15th May (8am to 9.30am) Judging will commence 10.00am. Junior Floral Art will be received up to 9am on Saturday 16th May. This section Judged on Saturday 9.30am. All exhibits except Floral Art Section must be grown by Exhibitor. Where no competition exists in a Class the Judge will decide if a prize is to be awarded. Prize to be awarded for First in each Class, Prize Cards for 2 nd and 3rd. Prizes to be collected from Pavilion after 2.30pm on Saturday 16th May. Entries to be collected by Exhibitors after 5.00pm on Sunday 17th May or Monday 18th from 7am to 10am. All cut flowers and vegetables become the property of the Horticultural Section unless otherwise indicated by the Exhibitor. Floral Art Section, accessories are permitted unless otherwise stated.
