best technology savvy law firms in the nation.

Responsible for human capital development, budget and overall performance of the Technology Department.
Promoted a culture of change to improve technology acceptance across attorney practice teams and staff. Built a
technology team to improve customer service by developing skills, increasing employee confidence and
implementing service levels.

Evaluated and implemented Dell Message One’s Emergency Messaging System and AlertFind products to
eliminate electronic mail downtime during disasters. Communications continuity through the 2005-2008 hurricane

Lead a team to evaluate data centers across the nation. Moved the firm's primary data center to a facility near
Nashville, TN to mitigate risks associated with future hurricane related disasters. Virtualized server infrastructure
using VMWare ESX, Blade technology on NETAPP iSCSI based Storage Area Networks. Replicated data between
primary and secondary data centers to develop a 4 hour service recovery model. Successfully recovered data
systems within two hours after a Gustav related power outage.
Outsourced Masergy MPLS based phone (Voice over IP), video and data network services to Cisco.
Co-developed Litescape VoIP cost recovery products. Worked with product teams to improve and enhance
capabilities by effectively working with customers to define and deliver technology needs.

Served as Knowledge Management chairman of cross functional teams to study and recommend technology
investment to meet the firm’s needs. As a result, Interwoven's iManage document management and LexisNexis
Interaction CRM systems were implemented to position Adams and Reese LLP “Out in Front” of the legal services

Designed and implemented Cisco based networks to improve services levels with zero downtime. Redundant
infrastructure designs paid off during a wiring closet flood as alternate core router and fiber based networks
handled the load.

risks related to the $19 billion merger of First Commerce Corporation into Bank One Corporation. Managed
business partnership with Andersen Consulting. Leveraged project management skills to effectively integrate core
technology systems and business practices to produce a best practice integration model.

Sponsored a management committee with a focused purpose of empowering the lines of business to collectively
drive the direction of standardized integration tools and project management methodology. The resulting program
management products will serve as a baseline for future integration efforts including the merger of Bank One
Corporation and First Chicago NBD.

Facilitated collaboration of integration issues, milestone and status reporting with the use of Lotus Notes databases
and Microsoft Project. Enabled and supported project management tools and technologies for 1200 clients across
the nation (OH, TX, LA, AZ, DE, WI, IL, CO).

automated financial center systems. Designed a process to deploy common systems to diminish integration and

Served as project lead to interconnect Mobil's domestic network with the Merrill Lynch data center in New York.

team effort to support the 401K benefits outsourcing project to Merrill Lynch.

Selected IBM's Advantis value added network to provide interconnectivity between domestic SNA resources and
AS/400s across the world in support of Mobil's International Financial Systems Network. Coordinated project
activities between Mobil, Advantis, and various Customer sites located in Cairo, Egypt; Bogota, Colombia; Lima,
Peru; Santiago Chile; and San Paulo, Brazil.

Network Analyst, Network Management

Managed a project to improve the performance of Mobil's global network management system. Obtained a service
award in recognition of a 52% reduction in resource consumption (CPU and DASD) produced from cost reduction
and tuning initiatives while increasing functionality. Estimated annual savings exceeded $750,000.

Developed and supported various engineering information and project management systems. Utilized ORACLE,
FOCUS, and DB/2 databases to collect cost and schedule information for project analysis. Resource, schedule and
cost data was extracted from DB/2, SQL/DS, RAMIS and FOCUS across various platforms including IBM
mainframe MVS, VM, IMS, IBM RISC 6000 with AIX, VAX, and DECNET. This data was integrated with Project/2
