[Congratulations to my buyer after COE.]
Congratulations again, Saurabh!
This week marks a momentous occasion for you and your entire family as you celebrate the beginning of
homeownership and all of the benefits it brings. There will not be another time that will be equally as
exciting or as satisfying as this moment when you realize you’re a homeowner. It’s a very proud moment
that should be shared with those that are closest to you.
This week, the final documents were recorded at the Santa Clara County Recorder’s Office and the
transfer of ownership has been finalized, making you the official new owner of 304 Burning Tree Drive!
Thank you for your trust in my team and allowing us to work with you to successfully complete the
purchase of your home. We greatly appreciate it.
In the next few days, you’ll be receiving a copy of the final closing documents from Chicago Title. You
should keep these documents for your records because you may need them down the road when
completing your 2012 tax forms.
Now that you’re a new homeowner, there are a few things you’ll need to know:
1) Your door locks have been re-keyed to a single master key
2) You’ll need to transfer all utilities to your name (see link below)
3) Change your mailing address with USPS and the DMV (see link below)

Thank you, once again, for choosing me. I would love to help anyone else that you know and care about
solve their real estate needs in the future.
Please, don’t keep me a secret!
