PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY

SHEKINAH is a national and international trading company, which puts in the service of its clientele its know-how both in terms of management and development by using logistic followup and traffic of information. Indeed, today more than ever, our increasingly competitive economic environment requires a strict application of certain criteria inherent to the effective functioning of our companies. These criteria, associating performance and professionalism, are the following: To obtain, manage and transmit the information, To buy, rent and sell products and services, The collection of debts on behalf of our clients.

Nowadays, the TIME factor has become so important that it is necessary to unburden our small and medium-sized companies from problems such as: Red-tape due to an often very heavy bureaucracy, An inappropriate management of information, The lack of circulation of capital due to a mismanagement of customer accounts (i.e. inadequate follow-up, or use of an under-qualified staff).

Our purpose is to affix a professional label to the notion of service through the use of a method integrating the strategic stakes, while taking into account the economic and human dimensions of the considered companies. The realization and preservation of the above-mentioned objectives will be achieved, together with an improvement of the on-going operational performances of the companies having subscribed to our services. SHEKINAH is composed of a team stemming from different professional circles complementing itself perfectly in the proposed sectors since files study is done by assembling the previously acquired knowledge to assure a good execution of the mandates received by our clients. We want to raise the fact that it is necessary to make of the quality of an organization a competitive argument. II. PROPOSED SERVICES 1. Commercial division : ConneXus Our commercial division offers to be a real partner to the larger companies as well as to the small and medium sized companies looking for above all good and personalized services. By knowing that good information on the needs of the buyers as well as of the salespersons allows having a clear idea on the solutions to be used, SHEKINAH suggests to be: A new business contributor adding to your sales and marketing department (for all selling products and services), A partner bringing you support, advises, a list of selected suppliers and logistic services (for all buyers of products and services).

This division will allow our company to establish and maintain a flexible and effective communication with the clientele of our partners - customers, which represents the main resource of a company at short, medium or long term, and this, whatever their sector of activity. Our method will lean on understanding and analyzing the needs of our customers, the implementation of a made-to-measure organization, the creation of a real partnership, as well as on the professionalism and the experience of our team of co-workers. Our provision of services will cover the whole customer relation chain and will allow, through the implementation and the management of a call center:  THE SALESMEN

To conquer and develop our clientele by the qualification of files (data base), appointment arrangements, inquiries and marketing studies, To assist and inform our customers through advice, information, grip of commands, complaints and debt-collection and to retain and win the loyalty of the customers by targeted proactive actions and a relevant management of commercial offers, To use a state-of-the-art technology offering our clientele the possibility of running effectively all the channels of information connecting the customer-company to her own customers and prospects (telephone, mail, Internet, e-mail, fax, etc.). 2. Public Relations & Brokerage Division : Paradise Having a professional team in Public Relations and hotel business, our division will work in the following services as well as:           Communication : our services develops publicity supports following the needs of our clients:

Panels of different type ( luminous, metallic, electronic, writing with neon (neon lighting), plastic coasting of posters, …); Advertising streamer; Self-sticking; Brochures and folders; Promotional and personalize articles (dairies, pens, desk and wall’s calendars, flags, T-shirts, key rings, lighters, watches, glasses, bottle open, logos, etc..); Translation ( technical texts, juridical, simple, …) Publicity on the radio and television ( editing of audiovisual elements); Sound system Quick - Promotion  Brokerage estate: Our services identifies real estate (houses, villas, and buildings) and materials on wheels (cars, jeeps, and leveling machines) and organizes the purchases, locations and sales. Fields: In collaboration with urbanization services of the municipal corporation of Kigali, Paradise negotiate the parcels and publicity spaces following the demand of the client to facilitate the obtaining of administrative documents such as cadastral sheets, title of properties, agreement of location and others. Publicity spaces: Our services works with houses specialized in the fabrication and the conception of the publicity’s supports like panels, advertising streamer, paints and plastic coasting of posters. Organizations of events: Paradise offers a service of quality in organization of events of different kind of receptions, banquets, cocktails, decorations, sound system, protocols, interpreting, media cover, promotion through campaign.







In the medium term, our division will set up a journal of advertisement which will gather a maximum of information on various products and services sold by local companies, in order to simultaneously create an easy vehicle for the transmission and reception of information among the various economic operators in the different sectors. Furthermore, we intend to create an Internet web page for visitors, orders and other on-line transactions from our patrimony. 3. Data-Processing Solutions division : I- FUZION In this era of the new integrated technology, our IT division will allow our clients to take fully advantage of this tool offered by the current technology of information: The Internet. This division will offer the following services:


Web-presence development. This will include the planning, design and construction of Internet websites for corporate, governmental and nongovernmental organizations. It will also include the marketing of such Internet tools by various means (especially by use of Internet marketing). Network design and implementation. I-fuzion will not just help build networks, but also contribute in custom network design for its customers. Software development. In an increasing number of cases, companies no longer want to settle for ‘traditional’ software solutions (the kind of software provided by large, well known companies like CA, MICROSOFT or ORACLE) to meet all their software-related needs. For many of the components they use in day-to-day operations, some firms are resorting to smaller software design companies. Software development is one of the things I-fuzion will participate in. TUCOINS. Tucoins will be an Internet portal. Among the services that it will offer to its users:








An Internet directory based on the Open Directory Project (www.dmoz.org) and a number of smaller but nonetheless important directories on the Internet. Free communication tools, such as web-based and proprietary client based e-mail, chat (including later extensions for voice chat) Limited business/office tools, such as address books and calendars. E-cards and payment solutions and Internet shopping capabilities. An Internet search engine.

4. Travel division : Viking Travel Our travel division will develop a service of ticketing, offering our customers’ trips originating from our national airport, and bound for all the capitals of the world. This division will take care of booking tickets on the domestic, regional and international flights for our clientele with special and promotional rates. Furthermore, we shall also develop in cooperation with airline companies, an access to cards for frequent flyers (Frequent Flyer card) with enclosed services such as: Delivering plane tickets at home, Pick-up and deposit of luggage from home to the airport, Assisting passengers at the airport for all boarding formalities.

5. The collection of debt division : Shekinah Financial Network Thanks to a route rich in experiences in various sectors, our financial division, composed of a legal and financial department will know how to use all its potential to set up a dynamic structure having for main trump cards charisma, organization, management and the sense of negotiation. Nowadays, companies (especially small and medium-sized firms) cannot afford to carry questionable debts for two main reasons: Outstanding payments show a regular growth, These outstanding payments limit liquid assets of the company and consequently, a healthy management.

Our financial division wishes to intervene so as to increase the chances of success, by trying to protect as much as possible the commercial bond. With an important rate of debtcollection, our action on the field will be the tool of our success. Therefore, we are going to build a high-level commercial approach with a rigorous but amicable debt-collection action. To handle outstanding payments, we will offer our customers the following procedure: In the first place, an amicable collection with the followings steps:  A letter of warning and/or a formal demand,  A follow-up call,  An intervention at home. Secondly, in case of temporary and honest insolvency, we shall act as intermediary to set up a solution of monthly settlements through a deal signed and accepted by both parties in presence. Thirdly, if the deal is not accepted, a judicial procedure will be put into place with the agreement of the customer, according to the importance of the debt. It will include:  The grip of enforceable title with power,  The representation in front of commercial courts,  The handing over to our lawyer and the bailiffs.

Our financial division will put at your disposal an agent for debts collection and to work on the field and also, our services will guarantee you the respect of the ethical code of the profession as well as: A bank account which will be opened and reserved for the collections from the debtors, An action under control of the concerned authorities of the country, The financial division will act on a national plan, The financial division will apply clear rates and conditions and will perceive fees only in case of collection of entrusted claims (only the expenses of files will be due) The customer will be unique and the reason for which we shall handle every case individually with an adapted solution,

In every case, an administrative follow-up with a permanent report and a statistical index card and this until the payment of the debt, We shall assure the payment of the sums collected at the due dates as well as the confidentiality of all communicated information at the due dates, Finally, we shall take charge of all the statements of follow-up of claims to the National Bank, commercial court, magistrates’ court..

Representation of foreign companies : ConneXus In this division (mentioned above), the company will develop joint-ventures at short, medium and/or long term with foreign companies in order to allow them to spread their market in the CPGL zone and thereby, to seek a partnership enabling our company to appeal to more advanced techniques in specific sectors for which the competence is still non-existent in our country. Coaching companies : ConneXus In partnership with foreign co-workers, SHEKINAH will begin, in its second year, the development of this division aiming at increasing the capacities of our human resources through innovative programs so as to raise the quality of the provisions of service generally. The content of our program will be customized to suit the unique nature of each organization. We consider schools and offices as organizations within their own right even though they are part of a larger structure. While our programs are customized, we ensure that they are always in line with the strategic objectives and priorities of the larger organization. The overview of our program will be; Performance enhancing management culture, Defects prevention and Operational planning, Conflict management and Organizational communication, Performance and reward management, Management in schools and Effective school governance, Managing change in the workplace and Dispute resolution in the public sector, Labor related services.

Our final goal, as you see, will be to provide empowerment programs for organizations to enhance excellence in the workplace.
