Rally Entry Fees Each Day: $20.00 as first entry and $12.00 as additional entry of same dog, including AKC recording fee. Entries will not be accepted unless on a signed official AKC entry form. All fees must be enclosed. No entry will be accepted, canceled or changed after the closing date. Telephone and telegraph entries cannot be accepted. Overnight parking at the trial site is NOT allowed. There is NO room for RVs. The building will be air conditioned for the dogs’ comfort. Drinks will be available on the premises. Restaurants are available close by. Bitches that come in season after the closing of entries will be allowed a refund, minus $10 for weekend, provided the Trial Secretary has writen notice prior to the trial. Dogs should be present at least ½ hour prior to judging and will be excused immediately after the class unless needed for further judging. If, because of riots, civil disturbances, or other acts beyond the control of the Trial committee, it is impossible to open or complete the Trial, no refund of entry will be made. “A recording fee of $1.50 will be required for each dog entered at any licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. This recording fee is to be collected by the Show Giving Club and paid to the AKC. INSTRUCTIONS (Variety) If you are entering a dog of a breed in which there are varieties for show purposes, please designate the particular variety you are entering, i.e. Cocker Spaniel (solid color black, ASCOB, particolor), Beagles (not exceeding 13 in., over 13 in. but not exceeding 15 in.), Dachshunds (long-haired, smooth, wirehaired), Collies (rough, smooth), Bull Terriers (colored, white), Manchester Terriers (standard, toy), Chihuahuas (smooth coat, long coat), English Toy Spaniels (King Charles and Ruby, Blenheim and Prince Charles), Poodles (toy, miniature, standard). A dog must be entered in the name of the person who actually owned it at the time entries for a trial closed. If a registered dog has been acquired by a new owner, it must be entered in the name of its new owner in any trial for which entries closed after the date of acquirement, regardless of whether the new owner has received the registration certificate indicating that the dog is recorded in his/her name.
