Describe the similarities and differences in using KeyCite on Westlaw and Shepard’s Citations on LEXIS. Which one do you prefer using? I had to filter down the KeyCite hits to find the ones citing my case from the same jurisdiction. I like using both the same, I found them both to be fairly easy. The Shepard’s gives you the results in the middle of the screen where the KeyCite gives you the info on the far left in a portion of the screen.
