It is so important to remember that you buy these things once. I ask you to buy quality in the other items. It does not cost much to buy the items, but it is in order for the bride to set up a Mandir somewhere in here home. So I will arrange everything that is purchased for the bride and place this neatly in a gift bag. The flowers used in the Hasta melap should be preserved as a theme of the importance of the joining of hands. The Sindhoor used should also be preserved. If the bride and groom are to go on honeymoon then I will ask someone close to complete the above task, preserving these items. The wood for the fire will be preserved. There are times in the future when we may need this.
