Development trends and forecasts of international markets or real estate and construction, problems connected with attraction of investors to the implementation of projects, future strategies of development of investment projects in construction, methods of bringing projects out of crisis, means of financing of projects and eventual risks, competitiveness of specialists – these are the main topics of the 11th international conference "Real Estate and Construction in the Baltics 2008: Markets, Development, Visions". What changes in the situation on the European and Baltic markets of real estate and construction have taken place during the last 12 months? What trends and changes will determine the future development of the real estate sector? What will be the growth of the building industry in future? What are the forecasts of banks regarding the developments on the market of mortgage loans?
