We offer free access for all library members to many online reference resources including
Encyclopaedia Britannica, News UK and Oxford Online. All are available from within our
libraries, from home and anywhere else with internet access using a library card number:
      Encyclopaedia Britannica Student for ages 12 to 18 and Encyclopaedia
       Britannica for ages 18+, provides a wealth of authorised information in many
       different formats to make learning fun and interactive.

      News UK is an online news service providing past and present, national and
       regional news from the most popular British newspaper titles in one database.

      Oxford Online provides access to a variety of reference resources
       including Oxford Reference Online, Oxford Art Online, Oxford Music Online, Oxford
       English Dictionary, Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, Who's Who and Who
       Was Who Online.
      Issues Online provides information on contemporary social issues such as drugs
       and alcohol, citizenship and global issues. The website is aimed at 14 to 18 year
       olds and includes articles, news, key facts.
