Rules for Silent Auction Bids

Silent Auction will begin at 10:30 a.m. Participant will be given a bidder number. If winner’s name or bid is illegible, bid will be awarded to the next highest bidder. Bids must be in $5 increments. Items with minimum bids are posted on the display. All winning bids must be paid by 1:30 p.m. Participants may pre-register with a valid credit or debit card or pay by cash or check. Silent Auction volunteers will bring winners credit card slips to sign during luncheon. Silent Auction volunteers will bring winners prizes that are not bulky during luncheon. All items must be claimed today.
