RESTRAINING ORDER
A Restraining Order is an order made by a court, in which refrains a person from doing a certain activity. These orders are made in such typical situations when threats are made against one party by another, in employment disputes or copyright or trademark infringement cases. Usually restraining orders are not permanent and are used when a party is seeking immediate relief from the actions of another.
