					This is a court order that prohibits an individual or entity from doing certain actions.
Typically, restraining orders are used when one party makes threats against another
party, in employment disputes, or in copyright or trademark infringement cases. This
order specifies the conduct that is prohibited and requires the requesting party to post a
bond to protect the respondent against potential damages. This order can be used by
an individual or entity that is in the midst of obtaining a restraining order and wants to
propose this order for court ratification.

whatsoever, any of the following acts:
