Wachter Network Services IT Manager (Jan 2002-May 2010)
I managed a team of software developers and created a custom ERP that included CRM,
project management, GPS fleet management, HR, e-time sheets and more. Managed and
maintained Wachter's network infrastructure across several US locations and supported the
people who worked thereon.
Convergys Microsoft Customer Central Manager (Oct 2000-Jan 2002)
I managed a customer support team for Microsoft known as Customer Central. I, with 5 other
teams, handled all English, retail support.
