$1000 awarded to one 2009 graduating senior from each Carroll                     $600 to one 2009 graduating senior

               South Carroll High School
                 The South Carroll Scholarship

              $500 to one 2009 graduating senior

Applicant must have at least a 3.000 cumulative un-weighted high
  school grade point average, be a South Carroll or Mount Airy
 resident and demonstrate financial need on the 2009-2010 Free
         Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Recipient must enroll at least part-time (minimum of six billable
hours) as a degree-seeking student at Carroll Community College
                  in Fall 2009 and Spring 2010.
