1.          PART 1 – GENERAL


1.1         The following changes, additions deletions, clarifications or corrections shall become part of the
            Bid and Contract Documents for Chaffey College District Bid No. 10P1, Physical Ed Facility
            Gym Renovation Project at the Rancho Cucamonga Campus, first advertised October 6, 2009. All
            of the terms, specifications and conditions remain the same. Each bidder is responsible for
            transmitting this information to all affected subcontractors and suppliers prior to the opening of
            bids. Each bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on its Bid Form.


2.          PART II – PROJECT MANUAL


2.1         SPECIFICATIONS ISSUED
            2.2.1   Add the attached SPECIFICATIONS, DIVISION 02 through DIVISIONS 16, as issued
                    by NTD Architecture, after DIVISION 1, GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.
