Configuration Management - The Configuration Management team provides ongoing application process flow documentation maintenance. Related tasks include the maintenance of system inventories and application deployment information, possible integration with OCIO IT Service Management process, and Enterprise Architecture Repository maintenance. The objective of this effort is to have well documented application deployment detail and to provide information to enable sound configuration management. This team will: 1. Receive process flow information from ITS team as starting point for this task. 2. Conduct ongoing meetings with ITS and FSA Architects to capture application information 3. Produce logical application view diagrams depicting the applications, dependencies, services, and databases. 4. Produce documentation mapping applications to the hosting environment. Coordination with OCIO hosting is required to obtain necessary information. 5. Provide ability to limit view to critical applications and their dependencies (to aid in Disaster Recovery activities-FSA will provide list) 6. Conduct ongoing meetings with ITS and FSA enterprise and application architects to validate work performed 7. Maintain system inventories 8. Provide change impact reports due to application and infrastructure changes
