                                                              individual, a business, a family, a neighborhood, a club, a

                                                              foundation, in memoriam, a
                                              non-profit, a for-profit, etc. If you’re a business,
we encourage you to sponsor a tree for a non-
profit or a classroom & you’ll both get equal
recognition (we can pair you with a non- profit if you need - if you’re a non-profit, we can
pair you with a sponsor).
2. How much does it cost to sponsor a tree? It costs $50. It includes a $10 entry fee, a cut
& delivered Christmas tree (supports W.E. Foundation Tree Lot), the tree stand, $10 tree
disposal fee (a W.E. Foundation fundraiser), a laminated 8 1/2 x 11 label on 1/2 barrel, & a
single red bulb in honor of Charlie Brown. The 1/2 wine barrels (on reverse) are provided
by the event organizers & will be reused next year.
3. Can I bring my own tree? Absolutely. If you prefer a living tree, great. If you prefer a
fake, rotating, neon silver tree, great. If you prefer a huge Hanukkah menorah, great. You
only pay the $10 entry fee. You’ll get a location with a 1/2 wine barrel & a laminated label.
You’ll be responsible for decorating your tree & for tree removal at the end of the event.
More 4. Who decorates the tree? The $50 tree sponsorship does not include any
decorations or lights. If you would like to sponsor a tree on behalf of a
non-profit or classroom, you pay the $50 and the non-profit or classroom
makes the decorations and decorates the tree (you might want to chip in for
the lights - and together, you can decide on a theme). You’ll both get recog-
nition on the barrel label (see example #1 below). If you’re sponsoring your own tree, then
you’re responsible for your theme, lights & decorations and you’ll receive recognition on
the barrel label (see example #2 below).
                                                    5. What kind of lights and decorations should we use?
3rd Annual And what about the theme? Due to wattage limitations,
