At first blush one might believe that this is a strange topic to dedicate
individual time to. However, since we chose to charge all forms of Soda as
"Public Enemy Number One," we knew that we would have to explain our
position and if possible offer a solution.
Studies in China are showing that as the level of consumption of Soda,
(and of course processed food) proliferates so does the statistical
confirmation of all disease.
Why? As with all the descriptions contained in this site, (as it
is for you the general public), we must simplify our answer and say these
two facts dominate the conclusion:
1.) The Phosphoric acid in soda and its ease of consumption (drinking it)
drastically lowers the body’s pH and once it drops to a certain point two
A.) pathogens and parasites generally require and prefer an acid
environment and therefore will proliferate and cause significant future
B.) The only method that the body naturally has to neutralize large and
immediate doses of acid, beyond the individual capacity with alkali foods, is
to deplete the storage in the teeth and bones. This causes osteoporosis. And,
strong suspicion links this declining position to increased future potential
Here are the STRONG HOL™ recommendations:
Give up all sodas and artificially sweetened drinks.
Your beverages of choice need to be:
1.) Pure water. (R/O never distilled)
2. Green, white, red and most herbal teas.
3.) Fresh squeezed juices with as much pulp as you can handle in the
drink. If the juicer takes all the pulp out throw the juice in the blender and
add back in some of the fiber that was removed and re-blend.
4.) Low fat 1-2% dairy, especially butter milk and soy milk.
The only sweetener we recommend is Stevia from South America, and
even better from China we recommend Jai-Rui-Zhu Brand (link) sweetener.
Use the product liberally as they are good for you.
Beer and wine we classify as foods and should be consumed in
moderation not or water needs.
Lastly, in every household, in every car, and sometimes with those
persons who can not possibly live without soda, there is a simple and
effective Chinese pill neutralizer which is taken prior to or with the first
drink of the soda and will neutralize its caustic affects completely. They are
low cost and available from through Norp Bio-tech. We strongly encourage
even those people who use the neutralizers to limit their sodas (even with the
neutralizers) to no more than three 12 oz cans per day.
The neutralizers are reasonably priced, and here is the issue. If you
drink the soda and then break down bone to neutralize it, special minerals
and vitamins that are not part of the neutralization process like vitamin K
can be discharged in the breakdown and then even if by chance the mineral
combinations necessary to create bone are reassembled one single item
like missing vitamin D or K or boron etc. will stop the replacement.
