By internet: 1. Import and save the data into a spreadsheet in loan number order and format all codes and dates to contain leading zeros. Please refer to the table below for exact formatting instructions, including all the filler columns. 2. The member is required to complete all columns through AQ, at a minimum. Please note: If necessary the Bank may require the additional columns through CJ to be completed. 3. Save the file as a text file using a “txt” extension 4. Submit the loan data via secure website. If the member does not have access to their own website, please contact the collateral department for access the Federal Home Loan Bank’s secure website. An account will be provided.
