									               Potato pancakes


Ingredients:

10 big potatoes
1 onion
5-6 spoons of flour
1 egg
some salt, some pepper
oil
The way of preparing:

Peel potatoes, wash
potatoes and grate
potatoes.
Peel and grate the onion.
Mix grated potatoes with grated
onion.
Add one egg, 5-6 spoons of flour
and some salt and pepper.
Mix all ingredients.
Heat oil on the frying pan.
Put 2 spoons on each
pancakes.
Put all pancakes on the
frying pan.
Fry on oil on both sides.
When the pancakes are
golden they are ready.




You can put some salt or
sugar on each.

                        Traditional vegetable salad
Ingredients:

5 cooked carrots
2 cooked parsleys
1 small cooked
celery
4-5 dill pickles or
tinned cucumber
1 onion
 4 hard-boiled eggs
1 apple
1 can of the tinned
peas and 1 can of
sweet corn
2-3 cooked
potatoes

Sauce:

1 jar of mayonnaise
salt and pepper
clove of garlic
lemon juice
little of the yoghurt
The way of
preparing:

Cut the carrots,
parsleys and the celery
into cubes, mix in the
bowl.
Add: cucumbers chopped up, then
onion scalded out and chopped up,
grated apple, eggs cut up, potatoes
peeled and cut up into cubes and
drained peas and corns.



Mix ingredients of the sauce, pour the
vegetables salad and gently mix.
Put the vegetable salad
back on the entire night
into the cool place so
that ingredients blend
