Afternoon Weddings
Afternoon Weddings may be held at The Inn at Perry Cabin any day of the week. The Inn at Perry Cabin will be available from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm for Afternoon Weddings.

Evening Weddings
Dinner Weddings may be held any day of the week from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm.

Outdoor Waterfront Ceremonies
Waterfront Ceremonies may be held at The Inn at Perry Cabin for up to 80 guests. An indoor banquet room must be reserved for inclement weather back up. The decision to relocate an outdoor function indoors due to inclement weather will be made by a member of hotel management a minimum of 4 hours prior to the start of your function. In order to reserve space for more than 80 guests, The Inn requires a complete buyout of all 80 guest rooms so as to ensure privacy for you & your guests & to avoid blocking water views for non- wedding guests. Venues
The Waterfront Gazebo & Lawn
This very special venue is located on the waterfront & is the perfect outdoor setting for your Wedding Ceremony A maximum of 80 guests are permitted for outdoor Ceremonies Chair rental is a required element
Please Note: There is no electrical power source at this site Indoor backup space must be included in the event of inclement weather

The Miles View Terrace
Our waterfront terrace will accommodate up to 80 guests for Cocktails & Canapés after your Ceremony. Please Note: The two guest rooms immediately adjacent to the Miles View Terrace are required by contract in order to hold any event in this location. Indoor backup space must be included in the event of inclement weather

Commodore Ballroom
The maximum number of guests that can be seated in our Commodore Ballroom is 100, utilizing 10 x 72” round tables of ten. If you are planning to have music and dancing, a dance floor is required & 2 tables ~ twenty guests will be displaced therefore providing for a maximum of 80 guests. The Commodore Ballroom is one of the backup indoor spaces for Ceremonies in the event of inclement weather.

Admiral’s Room
The Admiral Room can accommodate up to a maximum of 40 guests, utilizing 4 x 72” round tables of ten. The Admiral Room is also available for Stand Up Receptions for up to 75 guests.
The Admiral Room is one of the backup indoor spaces for Ceremonies in the event of inclement weather.

Miles Room
A very special waterfront dining room is furnished with a formal antique dining room table that will accommodate a maximum of 20 guests seated.

The Niagara & Lawrence Rooms
Two smaller private rooms, The Niagara & The Lawrence rooms are adjacent to the Commodore Ballroom, and can be combined as one space to accommodate a maximum of 40 guests utilizing four rounds of ten. These rooms may also be used for a Wedding Ceremony.

All Space is subject to venue rental fees. Venue Rental Fees
All Space is subject to venue rental fees. In order to reserve function space for your wedding or social event, The Inn at Perry Cabin does require a minimum commitment to number of guest rooms to be reserved & deposited. The hotel Events Manager can provide you with the specific number of guest rooms required for your desired venue.

The Waterfront Gazebo & Lawn
$1,500.00 plus tax includes indoor backup

The Miles View Terrace
$750.00 plus tax includes indoor backup

Commodore Ballroom
$2750.00 plus tax

Admiral’s Room
$500.00 plus tax

The Niagara & Lawrence Rooms
$275.00 plus tax

Miles Room
$750.00 plus tax All venue rental fees are discounted by 50% for any Wedding Monday thru Thursday and by 25% for Friday & Sunday

All venue rental fees for indoor space include standard 72” round tables, indoor banquet chairs, crystal, silver, china & house white linens. All outdoor venues require the rental of such items. Rental & production costs beyond items included in our venue rental fees are the responsibility of the client and must be rented through an approved vendor. The Event Manager will be happy to provide assistance and guide you through this process.

Options
In the event you elect to have a cash bar the set up fee is $200.00 and includes 1 bartender per 50 guests. Dance Floor: $175.00 and the size is 12 x 8. All entertainment must have prior approval of The Inn at Perry Cabin and must stop at 10:00PM whether indoors or outdoors.

Guest Rooms
Rates for sleeping rooms vary depending on room type & date. Our 2009 Friday & Saturday night room rates are as follows: Signature rooms ~ 360.00 State rooms ~ $435.00 Studio rooms ~ $510.00 Master Suites ~ $600.00 Water View Master Suites ~ $720.00 Bridal Suite ~ $720.00 All rates are per room per night with a two-night minimum stay for all weekends and are plus 10% resort fee & 10% state & local taxes.

Deposits
A $4,000.00 cash non refundable event deposit is required to hold a date for a Wedding. This deposit will be applied as a credit toward your catering costs. All guest rooms are subject to a 1 night deposit at the time of signing the contract. Final payment is required upon departure.

Guarantee
Guarantee of attendance must be submitted by 2:00 pm ten business days prior to your event. This guarantee is not subject to reduction. In the event a guarantee is not received, The Inn at Perry Cabin will charge for the maximum number of guests denoted on the banquet contract. This count is not subject to reduction after this date.

Service Charge
A 20% gratuity service charge & applicable sales tax will be applied to all food & beverage. A 15% Administrative fee is applied to all outside vendors charged to the Master Account.

Gourmet Seven Course Menu with a Special Wedding Cake ~ 225.00 per person Let our Executive Chef, Mark Salter, create a special menu for your special day. The Host is advised to select one item from each course for their guest. Prices include Chef’s Canapés prior to Meal, and do not include 6% State Tax and 20% Gratuity on all Food and Beverage. Beverages are not included in the above price; separate beverage pricing may be obtained from the Catering Department. Our Executive Pastry Chef will prepare a specialty cake to your specifications starting at $8.00 per person. For cakes brought in from an outside caterer, a cake-cutting fee of $8.00 per person will apply.
