Using the Calendar as a Template
In order to add events to the calendar and use the spreadsheet for more than just one month, first make a copy of the current month and paste it into the Planning worksheet. 1) Delete the graphics in the header of the calendar so that the calendar looks like this:

2) Copy the Whole Calendar a) Select cells A8:N47 b) Press Ctrl+c or select Edit -> Copy 3) Paste the Calendar into the Planning worksheet The planning worksheet has been formatted so that the column widths are the same as the Calendar worksheet. a) Select cell A1 in the Planning worksheet b) Press Ctrl+v or select Edit -> Paste 4) Convert Formulas to Static Dates After pasting the calendar, you will need to make the dates static so that when changing the month on the Calendar worksheet, you don't also change the dates in the Planning worksheet. Immediately after pasting the calendar … a) Select Edit -> Paste Special … b) Choose the "Values" option, and select OK
Printing: After creating a copy of the calendar, you may want to print one of more of the calendars. a) Go to File -> Print Area -> Set Print Area … b) Select the range of cells you want to print. c) Go to File -> Page Setup d) In the Page tab, select the "Fit To: …" option e) Select print preview and change other options as needed.
Enabling Macros ...
In order for the spreadsheet to work properly, you will need to enable the macros. In Excel, go to Tools -> Macro -> Security... and select the "Medium"
option in the "Security Level" tab. The next time you try to open the spreadsheet, it should give you the option to enable macros.
