Do you think you are going to be sick? Snap out of it! Begin now to take charge of your health. Become your body’s own detective and uncover the culprit that is making you sick. Most illnesses can be attributed to poor eating habits because people tend to eat to satisfy the palate and not nourish the living cells that support life in the body. Another reason could be a lack of exercise and not drinking enough water. So what can be done about it? Getting healthy is as simple as A-B-C. Always Wear a well-fitting bike helmet on every ride. Never ride wearing headphones. Ride on the right side, in the same directions as cars. Be careful of drivers suddenly opening their doors. Use appropriate hand signals. Wear bright clothing while cycling. Remember that cars and bikes need more time to stop when streets are wet. Ride in a single file, when riding with other bikers. Accept as reality “you don’t have to be sick.” Believe in the healing power of God’s word. Commit to a change in eating habits and lifestyle to improve health and wellness. Begin to seek answers as to how the bounty of God’s creation can heal the body from the inside out. Making a positive difference in your health can be very difficult, but well worth the time, patience, and energy. The results could last a lifetime; which could mean no more doctor visits, no more prescriptions, and no more sick days. Think about it. Here are a few of God’s Promises to encourage you along the journey to wellness. I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.
