John is a former Daily Telegraph „Financial Innovator of the Year‟ and was co author of the IOD publication „Keys to MBI Success‟ He was Non Executive Chairman of the School of Coaching, UKs oldest dedicated coach training organisation, founded and led by Myles Downey until its merger with JMJ Associates in 2008 Founder Partner with Olympians David Hemery and David Whittaker, of Performance Consultants. Team and individual performance coaches in commerce, sport and industry. Creator of the GROW coaching model. Author of several books on coaching including „Coaching for Performance‟. Joint Chairman, The European Mentoring & Coaching Association Founder MD of Barefoot Coaching, The Coaching Circle and Next Generation. 20 years experience as a life coach, counsellor and therapist.
