GUESTROOMS AND SUITES
Loews Coronado – along 3,500 feet of shoreline – features 438 deluxe waterview guestrooms in five
guestroom wings (some in their own separate villas), all with views of the San Diego Bay. In the
evening all views are beautifully illuminated either by the lights of San Diego skyline/Coronado Bridge,
the Loews pool/marina or the inland mountains and Mexico.

A variety of views – from the spectacular San Diego skyline to the property’s own colorful marina –
ensure that our “standard” guestrooms are anything but standard! All feature either a king bed or two
double beds and most can connect to an additional guestroom. Choose from bayview, pool/marina-view
or garden/partial bayview.
Bayview Luxury Suites
These 700-square foot accommodations feature a living room with a pullout sofa, bedroom with king
bed, and private balcony. With views of the San Diego skyline and Coronado Bridge or the inland
mountains and Mexico, the suites can also connect to a bayview guestroom.
Our four bayside villas have direct views of beautiful San Diego Bay.
The 850-square-foot villa features a separate entrance, private balcony at
water’s edge, large bay window, upgraded CD player, large Jacuzzi tub
and king bed. A variety of room connections (to hospitality rooms as
well as to other guestrooms) make these a versatile option.
Vice Presidential Suites
Two vice presidential suites overlook the San Diego skyline, Coronado Bridge and inland mountains
and each feature a living room and dining room area with a baby grand piano and wet bar, as well as two
bathrooms, two balconies, a stereo and a DVD player. The 1,300-square-foot suites can connect to a
variety of guestrooms (one can connect to three additional guestrooms).
This super-deluxe suite includes a bedroom with a king bed as well as a
living room with wood-burning marble fireplace, baby grand piano and
wet bar. There is also a dining room, large foyer with skylight, three
balconies, stereo and a DVD player. The 2,214-square-foot suite
overlooks the San Diego skyline, Coronado Bridge and the inland
mountains and can be connected to a guestroom with two double beds.
Universal Access Guestrooms
Our 15 universal access guestrooms have mostly garden views, all with partial bay views. These rooms
feature a king bed and can connect to an additional guestroom with two double beds. Additional
amenities include: raised toilet, lowered bathtub entry, handrails in tub (all standard tubs, no deep-
soaking tubs), European-style shower heads, raised bathroom countertops, two peepholes in door.
Bayside Hospitality Suites
With direct views of the San Diego Bay, these 950-square-foot accommodations
feature a living room and dining room area with wet bar and full size refrigerator,
butler’s entrance, bathroom and private balcony. Though no bedding is included,
each hospitality room can connect to a bayside villa and an additional guestroom.
Bayview Hospitality Suites
The 540-square-foot hospitality suites feature a living room and dining room area with pullout sofa and
wet bar. There is also a bathroom and private balcony. The five hospitality suites offer a wide variety
of views and can connect to one or two guestrooms.

and life-size surfer wall mural. The beach-themed environment is the ideal
place for teens to hang out, play pool, watch movies on the LCD flat-
screen television, or simply relax with their favorite magazine.Another
highlight of the lounge is PBteen’s iChair, a rockin’ lounger that’s all about the music. Teens can plug

PB TEEN SPA ROOM
To impress the savviest teen spa-goer, the designers at PBteen have
transformed one of Sea Spa’s 15 treatment rooms into a teen oasis. Unlike
most spa rooms that are typically very plain, the PBteen Spa Room
complements the property’s seaside setting with color, hibiscus-flower
sheets, Capiz shell chandelier, coastal bookcase and other ocean accents.
