BASE offers engineered solutions for vibration isolation through an optimum use of flexibility and damping. The desired flexibility is achieved using helical steel springs and the damping from elastic sleeve / highly viscous damping medium. BASE isolators (avm’s) range is made keeping in mind the height requirements for different applications. Spring isolators cater to a wide range of applications, are non ageing, and offer consistent performance lifelong. BASE mounts work both ways - isolating equipments that would spread vibrations to surrounding or isolating a precision equipment to be installed in a high vibration zone. Sometimes the machine repeatability gets affected by the vibrations in the surroundings; such a situation can be easily avoided by use of BASE Isolators. Foundation can be avoided. The pit and sand filling is not required. Machine relocation becomes very easy due to adhesive pads at the top and bottom of the spring units.
