                                                                                                                                                                                                                         The Moreland Council Action Plan 2011-2012 is the
                                                                                                                                                                                                                        plan for the implementation of the Council Plan in the
                                                                                                                                                                                                                        2011-2012 financial year. The focus, therefore, is on
                                                                                                                                                                                                                          the actions that will be undertaken in that period to
                                                                                                                                                                                                                         implement the initiatives aimed at achieving the key

                                                                      COUNCIL ACTION PLAN 2011-2012                                                                                                                          strategic objectives of Council, as stated in the
                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Council Plan. Progress with implementation will be
                                                                                                                                                                                                                         reported on a quarterly basis against the nominated
                                                                                                                                                                                                                          measures and targets. Note: shaded rows indicate
                                                                                                                                                                                                                           items in common with the Key Strategic Activities
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       budget document 2011-12.
