evidence without:
  1. warrant
  2. probable cause

C – consent
O – open view
P – public place

I – incidental to arrest
S – Stop and Frisk

M – mobile
E – emergency

* Exclusionary Rule – evidence gained illegally cannot
be used in a trial
* “inevitable discovery” – if evidence would have been
eventually been found
*”good faith” – officer acting in good faith, computer or
