    – use a range of programme planning
      techniques
    – understand the concept of a Balanced
      Programme
    – state the concept of the Programme Zones
      and Methods, and introduce the Underlying
      Ways of Working

 In your breakout Groups, allocate the
  ideas that you generated earlier into
  activity zones.
 Discuss in your Groups which zones
  seem “easier” and which “harder” to put
  activities into and how you might be
  able to adapt the activity to cover one
  of the less represented zones.
