    TARGET CLIENTELE:                Project Managers and Executives
            OBJECTIVES:              The success of a project correlates to the adoption of its outcomes by individuals and
                                     organizations. An integrated Change Management approach will facilitate and accelerate this
                                     adoption by identifying the impacts and resistances to the project’s outcomes and their root
                                     causes. Participants will learn to identify and manage change related to their projects and, at the
                                     same time, to ensure the realization of expected project benefits.

         METHODOLOGY:                This theoretical and practical course will cover all the Change Management steps and their
                                     integration to the project’s phases. Throughout the session, workshops will contribute to the
                                     understanding and application of the principles of Change Management and their contribution to
                                     the project’s success.
