                “The Tatler” 2008 Sparkling Chardonnay / Pinot Noir
                                                NEW RELEASE
The sparkling wine was made from chardonnay & pinot noir grown in the Lovedale region of
the Hunter Valley. Light straw in colour, it has delicate aroma’s of apple and strawberries with
hints of freshly baked bread. A crisp fresh palate and lively acid backbone make this an ideal
aperitif style, zesty in the mouth & dry on the finish.

                                   Tatler Nigel’s Semillon 2010
                          Silver Medal Winner - H.V. Boutique Winemakers Show (2010)
This Hunter Semillon was grown in the Lovedale region. Straw green in colour, with aromas of
lemongrass, lime and lifted flinty overtones make this a classic Hunter Semillon. Crisp and
lively, with great minerality and length of flavour, perfect with all fresh seafood.

              Tatler “Over The Ditch” 2009 Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc

The idea for “Over The Ditch” developed at Tatler Wines. Directors Spiro & Theo Isakidis are
New Zealanders by birth, and the idea to blend their old homelands great Sauvignon Blanc and
new homes best Semillon was an opportunity that had to be taken.

Straw green in colour, with intense aromas of gooseberry, passionfruit and citrus. A crisp and
lively wine displaying vibrant exotic fruit flavours well balanced by mineral like acid providing
a long clean finish.

                        Tatler Dimitri’s Paddock Chardonnay 2009
                                          James Halliday 2011 92/100
Barrel fermented in a selection of new & aged French oak for 10 months, this classic
Chardonnay is pale straw in colour, showing ripe stone fruit flavours, with integrated spicy
oak. A tightly structured yet expressive chardonnay with a well balanced long crisp finish.

                          Bronze Medal Winner - H.V. Boutique Winemakers Show (2010)
Blend of Hunter Shiraz/Viognier, fermented in stainless steel and bottled early to retain
freshness of fruit. Pale cherry red with mixed berry fruit and a             spicy toffee apple lift on the
nose. A soft and fruity style with loads of sweet berry flavours balanced by a touch of savoury
spice. Perfect with Asian or Mediterranean food.

                          “The Tatler” Sparkling Shiraz Cuvee
                                              NEW RELEASE
This rich sparkling shiraz was made from Hunter Valley & McLaren Vale fruit from the 2004
and 2005 vintages.   Aged for over 24 months in new and old oak, this wine has great depth of
flavour and is perfect with duck, all game dishes or any special occasion.


                           Tatler Archies Paddock Shiraz 2009
This classic Hunter Shiraz, with generous sweet mid palate fruit, was aged for 15 months in
French and American oak barrels prior to bottling. Deep ruby red in colour, with a nose of dark
berry fruits and well integrated savoury oak, make this Shiraz the perfect partner for red meat
and cheese. Enjoy now, or over the next five to ten years with careful cellaring.


                           Tatler “The Filibuster” Shiraz 2009
                                              NEW RELEASE
            Filibuster - ‘A long speech given to force a decision against the majority’
Canberra Shiraz, aged for 18 months in new & 1 year old French & American oak barrels, leads
to a beautiful medium bodied red. With aroma’s of wild berry & spicy pepper complemented by
a soft velvety palate, and rich tannins. This wine proves that some good things do come out of
Canberra!

                            Tatler The Nonpariel Shiraz 2009
                                              NEW RELEASE
The “Nonpariel” is only released in years when conditions and selected fruit is suitable.
Exceptional growing conditions in 2009 allowed for this release. Made from individually
selected fruit parcels from the Hunter Valley (60%) and McLaren Vale (40%), and matured in
brand new French 500L puncheons for 18 months before careful bottling. Rich ruby red in
colour, with ripe blackberry, plum and earthy aromas, well supported by juicy tannins makes
this wine a worthy addition to any cellar.
