      You have been chosen to receive an award as a “Top 25 Chefs and Food Service Professionals of
New Orleans, LA.

        The New Orleans Chapter of the American Culinary Federation will host the Central Regional
Conference in New Orleans, Louisiana on April 17 – 21, 2011, at the Hilton Riverside. Approximately
650 chefs from our 14-state region will participate and be part of the events to honor our culinary
professionals.

         Awards will be presented to the Top 25 Chefs and Food Service Professionals and city officials
will help conduct the program with the National ACF and ACF New Orleans at this fundraising event. All
proceeds from this event will benefit local charities.

         On April 19, at 6 – 9:30 pm, the night of the award ceremony, as a recipient, you may participate
in a personal book signing and sell your books at a booth/table made available by ACF-NO.

        Please let us know at your earliest convenience if you can join us to meet and greet with our
other “Top 25” to go over event details and answer any questions you might have. This planning and
commitment reception will be held at Le Foret, 129 Camp Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 at 7:00 pm on
October 26, 2010. All officials for the event will be present also. We will also have a photo session for
the TOP 25 for advertising purposes.
