Record sales predicted for Yorkshire based SIAS Building
         Services

2007/8 proved to be another record-breaking year for SIAS Building Services. Sales exceeded £30m for the first time
in the company’s history, with all indications leading to stronger sales for 2008/9.

Managing Director, Andrew Iveson commented; “We’ve undergone a radical change of our business following our
Management Buy-out in 2006. Sales have grown rapidly as we have expanded our operations across the UK. Whilst
such high levels of growth have brought their own challenges, we have responded by continuing to strengthen our
Management team and Business Processes. We have a number of strong customer relationships and are
confident of delivering even stronger sales growth for 2008/9.”

                                                                                           ####
