Product Delivery Training Manager
The software trainer is responsible for providing software and related business training
to new and prospective clients and also assists the education manager in the
development and maintenance of training schedules and curriculum.
Prepare standard and custom training plans.
Prepare other documentation required to support standard and customer training.
Define and document training curriculum and publish and manage standard training
Learn and remain current on all functional aspects of our software products and how
they are used in the industry.
Conduct standard and custom training sessions both within the Edina training facility
and at client sites.
Conduct web conference training sessions to augment user documentation and
release notes for the existing client base.
Provide input to the technical writer regarding user and training documentation
Interview clients as needed to support preparation of client-specific training sessions.
Prepare and employ tools needed to evaluate the comprehension of new training
presented to clients.
Training internal staff on software and training techniques
A bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience in software training.
Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office and one or more graphics programs
such as PhotoShop.
Must have expert verbal and interpersonal skills.
Must be flexible and have the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Must be self-directed and within tight deadlines.
2 or more years directly involvement with loan origination and processing staff
Direct experience with one or more mortgage loan origination systems.
Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work
environment; adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes,
requirements, or cultures.
Providing timely guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific
knowledge/skill areas needed to accomplish a task or solve a problem.
Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or
groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain
