Gift shop and lobby renovation complete Painted and Building and equipment re-roofed doctor’s building Painted and Purchased new repaired ultrasound McMurray Replaced machine and building nurse call hired full time system technologist Purchased GE Piedmont radiology room Orthopedics (took off lease) donated C-arm Began a new revenue enhancement program Created reference lab Hired full time testing service for mammography physician’s office technologist Surgeons Parel, Farmer, Services Vito, Onderko, and Piedmont Orthopedics began work in OR Lee Ham, RN became Wound Started drug and Care Specialist alcohol testing for and Telemedicine the County Coordinator Instituted new cash flow control method Implemented Wage and salary merit-based scale established salary admin system Web- based Human Achieved DrugFree Workplace certification annual update Resources Created No agency programs led to nursing used in annual WC loss 2005 and 2006 ratio <7% Established formal employee All payroll recognition converted to program direct deposit We invented something!
