MAKEM CUTE CONSIGNMENT How to Consign: The ABC's of Consigning • • • • • Register as a consignor online at: makemcute.com Prepare your items. Order bar codes through your consignor homepage at no cost to you. Pick up your bar codes at PASS IT ON Resale in Poteau, OK. Attend the Drop off Session before the sale. • Check in at the sale and receive your preview party armband for the consignoronly sale to shop before the public. • Get in line to have your items inspected. Note: have your similar sized items sorted together to quicken the check-in process Come to the Consignors Preview Party on Wednesday July 29 (5pm-8pm) to shop before the public. You may also want to attend the 1/2 price day on Saturday to get super buys! Pick up your unsold items on Saturday. Note: Checks will be available Tuesday Aug 4. You may pick up your check at PASS IT ON Resale in Poteau, OK. We will hold your check until Sept. 1 2009 and if it has not been picked up, we will mail it to your mailing address. You will need your id to pick up your check and your consignor number to pick up your unsold items. be pinned to the matching outfit. Shoes will need to be zip tied together and placed in a zip lock bag with the card. Also, it would be wise to put masking tape on the bottom of each shoe with your consignor number so that if your shoes are separated from the index card we will contact you for a price if they sell. Shoes must be clean! Small toys should be placed in a zip lock bag with the note card inside of the bag. Larger toys that have small pieces should have a zip lock bag attached containing the pieces. Large toys that will not fit in a zip lock bag should have the note card attached with heavy duty packing tape. Games should include all pieces. Large items such as bouncers or walkers should have the tag attached with tape and you will receive a large ticket item tag when you drop your items off. You will attach the index card to the large ticket. All baby furniture should be fully assembled when you drop if off. For example, we will not sell a crib that is not assembled, buyers will want to see what they are buying. All bedding sets need to be put in the large comforterclear bags. Tape the index card on the inside of the bag. You must place a red R in the top left corner of the index card, for any items you wish to be returned. CONSIGN: You must place a red C in the top left corner of the index card, designating you wish to reconsign and you will automatically be assigned a PASS IT ON Resale consignor number based on your Makem Cute barcode. All your unsold items will be transfered to PASS IT ON Resale and will be repriced at PASS IT ON Resale's discretion. Note: if the items do not sell a second time, they will be donated to charity. DONATED: Any items that are not marked for Return or Consigned will be donated to PASS IT ON Resale in Poteau, OK.
