        Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate in Sections ‘A’ and ‘B’
        after passing Three Years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in first division.

        iii)Knowledge of Hindi /Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.


   2. Lecturer in Computer Engg.
    i)First   class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from a recognized
    University/ Institute.

      Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India) by examination in Computer
   Engineering with 60 % marks in aggregate in Sections ‘A’ and ‘B’ after passing 3
   years diploma in Computer Engineering in first division.

   (ii) Knowledge of Hindi /Sanskrit upto Matric standard.

   3. Lecturer in English
   (i) First class Master’s degree in English from recognized University/ Institute
   (ii) Knowledge of Hindi /Sanskrit upto matric standard
   4. Lecturer in Electronics Engg.
        (i) First Class Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering /Electronics and
        Communication Engineering or Technology /Industrial Electronics /Electronics
        and Tele Communication Engg. from a recognized University/ Institute.
                                              Or
        Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India) by examination in
        Electronics Engineering /Electronics and Communication Engineering /
        Industrial Electronics / Electronics and Tele Communication Engg. with 60 %
        marks in aggregate in Sections ‘A’ and ‘B’ after passing 3 years diploma in
        Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering /
             Industrial Electronics /Electronics and Tele Communication Engg.             in first
             division.

             ii)Knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric standard

5. Lecturer in Civil Engineering
             i) Ist Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Technology from a
             recognized University / Institute.
                                            OR
             Associate Member of Institution of Engineers (India) by examination in Civil
             Engineering with 60% marks in aggregate in Sections ‘A’ and ‘B’ after passing
             Three Years Diploma in Civil Engineering in first division.

             ii)Knowledge of Hindi /Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

6.           Lecturer in OMCA
             i) Ist Class Master’s Degree in Commerce /Business Management or Business
             Administration from a recognized University /Institute.
                                                 OR
             Ist Class Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a recognized University / Institute
             having qualification of Chartered Account ant /Company Secretary /Cost
             Accountant from the respective recognized Institute of India.

             ii) Knowledge of Hindi /Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.


      General Instructions
     (i)   A candidate giving incorrect information will be debarred.

     (ii)        While applying for the post, the applicant should ensure that he /she fulfills
                the condition of eligibility, experience, age etc. as on the closing date and
                that the particulars furnished by him/her are correct in all respects. No
                documents /request for submitting documents will be entertained after the
                closing date. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate
                does not fulfil the eligibility norms and /or that he/she has furnished any
                incorrect/false information or has suppressed / concealed any material fact(s),
                his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these discrepancies is/are
                detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable to be terminated.
     (iii)      Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared
                medically fit.

     (iv)       Reservation benefits will be admissible to the bonafide residents of Haryana
                State.
     (v)        The services of the selected candidates will be governed by the prevailing
                relevant departmental service rules.
     (vi)       Incomplete application forms will be straight away rejected without
                entertaining any correspondence.
     (vii)      Experience (wherever prescribed) acquired after the acquisition of requisite
                minimum qualifications will only be taken into account.
     (viii)     The refund of cost of application form will not be allowed in any case.
     (ix)       The candidates must attach character certificate issued by the Head of Institute
                last attended by him/her with the application form.
(x)     The candidates should attach character certificate from two responsible
        persons who are not related to the applicant.
(xi)    The candidates in Govt. /Semi Govt./Private service must apply through their
        employer. However, advance copy of application form be submitted direct to
        the Principal Government Polytechnic Education Society, Uttawar upto 5.00
        P.M. on the last date for receipt of applications failing which these will be
        rejected. No Objection Certificate from the employer may be submitted at the
        time of interview failing which they will not be considered for interview.
(xii)   The certificate of SCs/BCs of Haryana, only issued by the competent authority
        under the latest Govt. instructions will be accepted.
(xiii) The posts are temporary but likely to continue. The persons appointed will be
        on probation for a period of two years. The service of persons appointed can
        be terminated by giving one month notice on account of misconduct or
        abolition of post. The person can also leave the service by giving one month
        notice or one month salary in lieu thereof. The candidates selected should be
        prepared to join immediately after selection.
(xiv)   Pay scale Rs. 8000-275-10200-EB-275-13500/- (For Lecturer).
(xv)    Application fee (non refundable)-Application fee of Rs.500/- (Rs. Five
        hundred only) for general category Candidates in the form of Bank draft
        in favour of Principal, Government Polytechnic Education Society,
        Uttawar payable at Nuh. Candidate’s name, post applied for, address
        should be written on the reverse of the demand draft. Cash, Cheques,
        Money orders, Postal orders etc. will not be accepted.
(xvi)   Age: a) For Lecturers
               No person shall be appointed to any post in the Service by direct
               recruitment who is less than twenty one years or more than forty years
               of age, on or before the Ist day of August next preceding the last date
               of submission of applications to the Commission.
           ii)Provided that in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes,
           Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and physically handicapped persons,
           the upper age limit shall be such as may be fixed by Government from
           time to time.
xvii)   Where the number of application received in response to advertisement is
        large and it will not be convenient for the department to interview all the
        candidates, the department may restrict the no. of candidates for
        interview equal to three times the number of vacancies.
xviii) How to Apply

           Application should be neatly typed in English on a full scape size paper in
           the prescribed format. Two recent passport size photographs are required,
           one Photograph should be pasted on right hand top corner at the space
           provided in the application form duly attested by gazetted officer and the
           second be attached with the application form. It should also be
              accompanied by demand draft and attested copies of certificates /
              testimonials. Application complete in all respects should be sent in a cover
              super scribed “Application for the post of __________________” to reach
              the Principal, Government Polytechnic Education Society Uttawar (Nuh)
              by 25.7.2008.

                 No person shall be appointed to any post in the Service by direct
                 recruitment who is less than twenty one years or more than forty years

             ii)Provided that in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes,

xvi)Age: a) For Lecturers
               No person shall be appointed to any post in the Service by direct
               recruitment who is less than twenty one years or more than forty years
               of age, on or before the Ist day of August next preceding the last date
               of submission of applications to the Commission.
           ii)Provided that in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes,
           Backward Classes, Ex-servicemen and physically handicapped persons,
           the upper age limit shall be such as may be fixed by Government from
           time to time.
xvii)   Where the number of application received in response to advertisement is
        large and it will not be convenient for the department to interview all the
         candidates, the department may restrict the no. of candidates for
         interview equal to three times the number of vacancies.

 General Instructions
(i) A candidate giving incorrect information will be debarred.

(ii) While applying for the post, the applicant should ensure that he /she fulfills the
condition of eligibility, experience, age etc. as on the closing date and that the
particulars furnished by him/her are correct in all respects. No documents /request for
submitting documents will be entertained after the closing date. In case it is detected
at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfil the eligibility norms and /or
that he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed /
concealed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of
these discrepancies is/are detected even after appointment, his/her services are liable
to be terminated.
(iii) Appointment of selected candidates is subject to his/her being declared medically
fit.

(iv)Reservation benefits will be admissible to the bonafide residents of Haryana State.
(v)The services of the selected candidates will be governed by the prevailing relevant
departmental service rules.
(vi) Incomplete application forms will be straight away rejected without entertaining
any correspondence.
(vii)Experience (wherever prescribed) acquired after the acquisition of requisite
minimum qualifications will only be taken into account.

(ix)The candidates must attach character certificate issued by the Head of Institute

who are not related to the applicant.
(xi)The candidates in Govt. /Semi Govt./Private service must apply through their

Principal Government Polytechnic Education Society, Lisana upto 5.00 P.M. on the
last date for receipt of applications failing which these will be rejected. No Objection
Certificate from the employer may be submitted at the time of interview failing which
they will not be considered for interview.
(xii)The certificate of SCs/BCs of Haryana, only issued by the competent authority
under the latest Govt. instructions will be accepted.
(xiii)The posts are temporary but likely to continue. The persons appointed will be on
probation for a period of two years. The service of persons appointed can be
terminated by giving one month notice on account of misconduct or abolition of post.
The person can also leave the service by giving one month notice or one month salary
in lieu thereof. The candidates selected should be prepared to join immediately after
selection.
