Couponing Contest Details – April 24, 2012
1) Eligibility: This contest is open to residents residing in Winnebago County, WI who are
18 years and older as of April 19, 2012. Employees of the Oshkosh Public Library,
Oshkosh Northwestern, CitizensFirst and Festival Foods and the members of those
employees' immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings or children) and
households, are not eligible to enter or win. "Household" includes all persons residing
together in a single residence, whether or not related. A potential winner may be
requested to provide proof that all eligibility requirements are met as well as proof of
ownership of the email address associated with the winning entry. Void where
prohibited and outside Winnebago County, WI. This contest shall be governed and
enforced pursuant to Wisconsin law, excluding choice of law provisions. Appropriate
behavior, attire and language is required to participate in the event.
2) How to Enter: Go to citizensfirst.com/couponing to access the contest application.
You must provide all information requested on the application form, and your contact
information must be accurate. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an
entrant, the holder of the email account will be deemed the person who submitted the
entry. Incomplete entries will be disqualified, and the Winnebago Money Smart Week
Committee is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, deleted, garbled, corrupted,
misdelivered, or misdirected as a result of technical, internet or other online difficulties
or errors. All applications must be received by the close of April 4, 2012 at Festival
Foods, Oshkosh Public Library, Oshkosh Northwestern or CitizensFirst (250 N. Sawyer
St.), all in Oshkosh or submitted online at citizensfirst.com/couponing. The computer
clock of the Sponsor's webmaster is the official timekeeping device of the contest. Limit
one application per person; duplicate applications from the same person will be
disqualified. Any attempt by any applicant to obtain more than the stated number of
entries using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or
any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. All
received applications become the property of the Winnebago Money Smart Week
Committee and will not be returned.
3) Winnebago County Money Smart Week committee members will select contest
participants from among all eligible applications. Committee will make all final decisions
in any and all issues related to this contest, and its decisions shall be final and binding in
all respects. Committee will attempt to contact potential competitors by email and
phone. If unable to contact you within 24 hours of selection, another candidate will be
selected.
4) Prizes and Delivery: One grand prize of a $250 Festival Foods gift certificate will be
issued for the contestant with the most savings and an additional prize of a $100
Festival Foods gift certificate and one-month YMCA certificate will be given by the
Festivals Nutrition Specialist for the contestant who purchases the healthiest items
based on Festival Foods NuVal program. Winners will receive a 1099-Int at end of year
for tax purposes.
5.) Contest will take place on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Each
contestant will receive $100 for shopping purposes. All food will be donated to the
Oshkosh Area Community Pantry.
